How we use FuNNeR TiMe!
I took an old bucket, wrote on the side "Oh what to do in the FuNNeR TiMe!" I then write all my ideas on stripes of paper, and fold them up, and throw them in the bucket. I only put activities I already have everything for in it. I have a white piece of paper I keep for ideas that I need to gather supplies for. I also have a running list of craft items to be on the watch out for. For all my directions, I write them or print them and keep them in a folder. In the morning we take turns choosing a FuNNeR TiMe Activity for the day. I like to pick in the morning. Then I have time to gather all needed supplies and I know what I am looking at doing later that day. It's especially nice if you know it will be messy!! In the summer time we will be doing our activity in the afternoon, when it's too hot to be outside. During the school year, it will be worked into our school schedule.
This is a work in progress. It will be added to daily {permitted we are home, and doing an activity!}
Our only hope and desire of this blog is to inspire others to have a FuNNeR TiMe!! It only takes a little while to sit and have fun with your children! It only takes up to an hour of your day, you are not only having a FuNNeR TiMe, but more importantly you are making memories!
